How to Cancel Service
Please e-mail us the following information to cancel@mytrusave.com
- Full name
- ID number of Marketing Affiliate or Independent Affiliate
(Can be found on your profile)
- Service you are cancelling (Carbonite, Individual ID plan, Family ID plan, or Mytrusave Business Suite extranet)
- E-mail address
- Reason for cancellation
You must include all above information in order for complete cancellation.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail regarding your cancellation within 24-48 hours.
